Propolis contains a great variety of elements with unique composition

Flavonoids - flavones, flavonols, flavanones, flavanonols, chalcones, dihydrochalcones, isoflavones, isodihydroflavones, flavans, isoflavans, neoflavonoids and flavonoid glycosides;

Phenolic acids, tannins, stilbenes, curcuminoids, coumarins and quinines;

Terpens - acyclic, monocyclic, dicyclic monoterpenes are isolated from propolis;

Minerals - calcium, magnesium, aluminium, carbon, iron, manganese, nickel, and zinc;

Hydrocarbons, Aminoacids, Vitamins (В₁, В₂, В₆, А, Е, С) and many other elements.

Daily dose

Propolis can be consumed in water (50ml), fruit juice, muesli or yogurt. The tincture can also be diluted or applied undiluted to the skin on the outside.

Recommended daily dose for adults: 1-3 times a day, 10-20 drops each.
For children from 3 years: 1-3 times a day, 1 drops per year of life.

It is recommended to consume the tincture 30-60 minutes before the meal.
It can be waited for 1 hour before taking it so that part of the alcohol contained evaporates.
